State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-07-27
For readers in California (under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA) and in other US states that have enacted comprehensive privacy legislation (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah among them), this notice sits on top of the Privacy Policy and adds the disclosures those laws require.
Data Categories Involved
We may handle identifiers (IP, cookie and device IDs), internet and network activity information (which pages of clearmindpup.com were requested, and when), and commercial contact data such as an email address where you chose to give one. It originates from your browser and from any analytics or ad partner operating on the site.
What You Can Ask For
You may request access to the personal information we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some states also allow you to appeal a refusal. Exercising any of this will not get you worse service, higher prices, or reduced access — discrimination for using these rights is prohibited and we do not do it.
Advertising and Sharing
No sale for monetary consideration takes place. Where ads run, though, cookie and advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners — conduct that CCPA/CPRA and equivalent laws may treat as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. Opt out at Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Minors under 16 are not knowingly included.
How to Ask
Use hello@clearmindpup.com for any request under this notice. To opt out you can instead enable Global Privacy Control, which this site detects and respects without further action. Identity is verified through the email address used to write in, replies come within the statutory period, and authorised agents may act with written permission.
